Looking forward to it!

This is absolutely delightful.  Someone on Reddit recommended the game as his favorite "happy-place game"so I had to check it out!

I'm lately just discovering "cozy" games - found an MMO today called Palia that's got a similar vibe to this.

I know you said a printout isn't really necessary but I love the art style (It's Honest Work is my favorite little thing) and I would love to have a print copy somehow.  Sadly it would be pretty costly to print in color at home, or to order in full color from Lulu or PrintMe1.  If the opportunity ever presents itself for you to offer an affordable PoD through one of those services or your own means, I promise I'd buy a copy.

Fantastic, and thank you!  I'll check it out!

I would absolutely love to play this, if an English version were available.

I am definitely interested in a POD of this as well.  It's great to be able to play Plerion solo, but the supplement is too many pages to affordably print at home.

I'm looking forward to playing IST, but I have noticed a lot of inconsistency with the codes for trade goods. Particularly, there are differences between Book Two (pg 11-12 in particular) and the codes as used in Book Three.

For instance, when mining, F means fuel, but on the previous page there is F, Fe, and FU (presumably meaning Food? Fertilizer and Fuel).  Hoping that future editions update the codes so that they are used consistently across all volumes.

This is all good news.  I'm really excited about what I've seen in Solo Starfarer thus far and naturally I'd like to expand my Plerion experience with the other supplements as well!

I will definitely want to acquire this when it is ready, especially if a print version is also available.

WOW! Looking forward to checking this out, GLIDE is one of my favorite solo games. Thanks!

Absolutely, please do! That link is just to the intro, rather than the main page itself, but as I add new episodes I'll see if I can remember to link them to the previous entry.

If it isn't, I'd like to see ways to use Opportunity while crafting or otherwise at Home.  Thanks for your encouragement!

I have begun a playthrough of Scraps, which can be found on my blog.  The introduction has been published today, and write-ups of the first two journeys (and projects) will follow in the days to come.  I hope you enjoy it!

Also, of what use is gaining Opportunity when going home or in the crafting phase, if it can't be spent and the track is cleared before your next journey?  I find I gain an awful lot of it and even though I Find an Opportunity in every hex where possible, I go home with a couple left.

Very good, thanks! My first project was a table saw kind of cutting machine for crafting, my next one is going to be a clockwork "truffle pig" to give me a bonus when gathering Provisions. Sounds like it will be quite useful for longer journeys.

Can Scouting actions be taken in a hex where you will be gathering a special ingredient?

And can you both Gather Supplies and Find an Opportunity in one hex (paying the appropriate costs for each)?

Thanks, that clarifies things for me.  I knew that taking a life was out of the question in the spirit of the game - or even taking something against another creature's will.  I do like the ideas you've given - it also reminds me of ancient indigenous spiritual traditions where one pays honor to the spirit of a living (or departed) being for the gifts it offers - whether that is ancient bones or fruit or whatever.

I appreciate your input!  I am watching Ithaqua's videos and reading through the game in preparation for my own play.  I've got the PoD on order as well.  The ethos and spirit of the game are refreshing and unique - I don't mind games with battle or whatever, but it's nice to have a game where there's harmony and peace and where even peril doesn't equate to harm.  Keep up the great work, Cezar!

I have a question about crafting: I see that there animal bones and skin are a couple of the products more commonly needed in projects.  In a world where there is no violence, no hunting... do you just go around looking for dead animals or something?  A skittish creature has the hide or bone you need... now what?
I mean, I can envision the scene in some circumstances but it would start to feel like a trope after a while.  I'd be interested to know how you as the author see this.

I did a write-up of my first mission on my blog, if you're interested in checking it out!

I'd definitely like to see more for the game. I'd love more Nomads, planets, species, name tables, contracts, a system for persistent factional standing... all kinds of ideas come to mind.
Jason, have you considered doing a game jam for Notorious? It would be interesting to see what sort of resources the community might develop for the game as well.

I originally got this through a community copy, but last night I was finally able to order the print version from you (being able to pay by PayPal instead of Stripe was a huge factor).
Looking forward to telling the tales of Cantankrus Ordo, the armored Nomad who lets his gun do the talking.

I tried this for the first time today and enjoyed it. Hand grenades seem OP (never miss, multi-kills?) and launchers seem like another rifle, if I read all of it correctly. Also, what are "personal items" and how are they used?
Also, do leaders lose a level when under half HP as they do in versions like Four Against the Titans?
I hope you continue to develop this game and thanks for putting up with questions from the FNG.

I'm getting ready to play the game - it looks like a lot of fun.  I'd really love to be able to purchase a print version.  They're easier for me to work with when gaming.

How do those of us who backed the KS access this?

I just picked this zine up at my local game store - I have The Wretched as well but hadn't tried it.  Really looking forward to dying alone in the mines!

I found out about PUSH from Jetset RPG, which is what I'll be using for my solo Traveller/Cepheus campaign.

This is the sort of product that's worth spending money on.  Though I bought the Premium Kit solely for the means to get a POD copy (didn't see a link to do so at full cost otherwise, and not interested in a fantasy supplement), I still think the $25 all told is money well-spent.
